Rule 40
Supply Voltage
(1) The level of supply voltage should be maintained as follows:-
(a) Electricity service for ordinary customer A.C. 230 volts in single phase and 400 volts in three phase.
(b) A.C. 230/400 volt for those who want three phase four wire supply.
(2) The level of volts mentioned in clauses (a) and (b) of sub-rule (1) shall not be reduced or exceeded by more than 5 percent.
